Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin: Time & Temperature

How to do it

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Arrange in a single layer with space between pieces — air needs to reach every side.
  3. Cook for 20–25 minutes.
  4. Flip (or shake the basket) halfway through cooking.
  5. Cut in half if it doesn't fit flat in the basket.

Doneness: cook to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C), measured at the thickest part with an instant-read thermometer. See all USDA safe minimum temperatures.

Pro tip: Pull at 143°F — carryover heat finishes the job while it rests.
